Devonshire Tea, to an anti-pasto platter to share right up to
the 5 Treasures Crayfish Platter.
Chef,
Mark, brings over 20 years of culinary experience, from some of
Melbourne's finest restaurants. He insists on using free-range
produce, including King Island Beef, Glenloth Chicken, Otway Pork
and other world-renowned Australian produce. Coonara Springs also
specialises in Seafood including King Island Crayfish.
Coonara Springs is quickly becoming known for its extensive and unusual breakfast menu. Variety is the key to its success, which includes the full cooked international breakfast such as Australian, American, English, French and Viennese.
